These dummy rounds are designed to withstand intensive training in DUAL and QUAD load techniques. Made from a tough, impact-resistant plastic, they do not break like their common alternatives and maintain their functionality even with long-term use.

Unlike dummy rounds made from fired shotgun shells, they do not deform with repeated use. This ensures consistent quality and reliable performance even during regular, long-term training.

The dummy rounds can also be filled with lead shot to adjust their weight as needed. This allows them to closely simulate the weight of live shells and provides a more realistic way to practice handling and loading.

Material and Manufacturing

This product is manufactured using 3D printing technology and then manually finished and assembled. Due to the nature of the manual finishing process, minor cosmetic imperfections may appear on individual pieces. These do not affect the functionality of the product.

Are these dummy rounds really safe?

Yes. The dummy rounds contain no primer or propellant, so they cannot be fired. They are designed for safe practice of loading and handling.
Do I need to fill these dummy rounds with lead shot?

No, it is not necessary, but it is recommended. Filling them gives you a weight comparable to live shells, allowing for more realistic training.

Filling them is very simple – just unscrew the dummy round and fill it with the desired amount of lead shot. Each dummy round can hold up to 37 g of lead shot. We recommend filling the remaining space with cotton wool to prevent the lead shot from moving inside.

Finally, apply super glue to the thread and firmly screw the dummy round back together.
How durable are these dummy rounds?

These dummy rounds are made from very strong and durable PLA, designed for repeated intensive training. The manufacturer describes their strength as “hammer-hitting strong,” meaning they are highly resistant to impacts and normal wear during training.

Samuel Moreira has been using them during daily Quad Load training for more than a year, and during that time, none of the dummy rounds have broken and they remain in very good condition.

When properly filled and sealed with super glue, these dummy rounds are designed for long-term and repeated use.
What is the temperature resistance of these dummy rounds?

These dummy rounds can withstand temperatures up to 50 °C. They are primarily designed for indoor training, but they can also be used outdoors. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures, such as inside a hot car, is not recommended
